Tambi\u00e9n significa que tengo que ponerme creativa e idear nuevos tentempi\u00e9s para refrescar su insaciable paladar y mantenerla fresca.  <\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creo firmemente en la importancia de incluir verduras en la alimentaci\u00f3n de mis hijos.  <\/span>Por eso disfrut\u00e9 haciendo  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">estas paletas de ar\u00e1ndanos, pl\u00e1tano y remolacha \u00abBBB\u00bb. Hoy en d\u00eda es tan dif\u00edcil encontrar un dulce que s\u00f3lo contenga los az\u00facares naturales de la fruta o la verdura. Le di de comer muchas cucharadas de la mezcla mientras las hac\u00eda y las disfrut\u00f3 m\u00e1s que el producto final. Todav\u00eda no le gustan demasiado los helados, pero poco a poco les va cogiendo el truco.
