Mix sugar and water in a pan, and bring them to a boil. Then, add your basil leaves and leave them until they are smaller and old-looking.
Add lemon juice and strain your basil leaves with a fork.
Puree your blueberries with a beater, a food processor, or a masher.
Add the basil liquid, the ginger, and blend.
Pour into your molds.
Before putting these popsicles in the freezer, let's continue with our other recipe.
Start by boiling milk, honey, and lavender in a pot as if you're making tea.
Once your lavender turns brownish, bring down the fire, and strain it.
Grab your strawberry pieces and put them in the food processor. Leave some behind so that you can have chunky bites for your popsicles. Finally, add lemon juice to the mix.
Before pouring the mix into the molds, add your small strawberry pieces.
Once you have all your popsicles ready, put them in the freezer for 5 to 6 hours.
Take them out of the freezer and enjoy them before they melt!
