Split one banana, with a longitudinal cut.
Place one cookie at each side, as if they are the windows of your USS Butterscotch.
Put one slice at each side of your boat-like container, resting on the cookies.
Scoop one ice cream ball of each flavor and serve them into your container. In the show, Erica serves first butterscotch, then chocolate, and strawberry.
Add caramel syrup to the butterscotch ice cream. Then, add chocolate and strawberry syrup accordingly.
Top each ball with a bit of whipped cream.
Cut wafer cookies in halves to build the sails and place them between the ice cream balls.
Top the whipped cream bits with one maraschino cherry for each one.
I used an anchor-shaped candle to round the USS Butterscotch. If you can find it, it adds a nice touch.
