Chill a bowl in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Take the bowl out of the freezer and pour cold heavy whipping cream into it.
Beat the cream at high speed to make it thicker. Once you get a thicker consistency, add very cold and sweet condensed milk (I recommend keeping it in the freezer for 4 hours before making the ice cream.)
Mix well to get a thicker, sweeter, and uniform ice cream. Add a bit of vanilla extract for some flavor, and that's our base!
Take a separate bowl for each color. I chose 5 to create my unicorn rainbow, but you can use as much or little as you want.
Add equal parts of our ice cream base to each bowl. Leave some in the mixing bowl to have white ice cream.
Color each of the other bowls using a few drops of liquid food coloring per bowl. If you use gel coloring, the tones will be more intense.
Mix each bowl until you get a uniform mix.
Drop spoonfuls of ice cream into your ice cream container. Try to keep the colors separate. The smaller the spoonfuls, the more colors will have each ball.
Fill the container and close the lid. Then stick it in the freezer for 8 hours or overnight.
When spooning your ice cream, soak the spoon in hot water after each ball so that the colors don't mix.
And there you have it, unicorn rainbow ice cream!
